About me!
I am an incoming CS PhD Student at the University of Chicago and DOE CSGF Fellow, starting Fall 2026
I am a member of the BullyBlocker Research Lab and the Software Systems Lab where I am advised by Prof. Yasin Silva and Prof. George Thiruvathukal.
I’ve interned three times at Argonne National Laboratory: (1) I was a visting researcher in the Leadership Computing Facility (ALCF) studying social networks and adversarial machine learning and (2) I participated in the Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship (SULI) within the Transportation and Power Systems (TaPS) studying Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) applications for electric vehicles (3) I am currently a Summer 2026 SULI Intern at TaPS.

- May 27, 2026: I started my SULI internship at Argonne National Laboratory!
- May 8, 2026: I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago!
- April 27, 2026: I was awarded the DOE Computational Science Graduate Fellowship!
- April 13, 2026: I was awarded the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship!
- April 9, 2026: I was awarded an Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award from Loyola University Chicago!
- December 17, 2025: I received an Honorable Mention for the 2025-2026 CRA Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award!
- October 7, 2025: Our paper, “Development and Testing of an Intervention for Newly Arriving Communities,” has been accepted for an Oral Presentation at IVAT 2026.
- September 26, 2025: I was selected for the SBP-BRiMS 2025 Conference participation scholarship.
- September 8, 2025: Our paper, “Centering Voices: Culturally Responsive Support for Central and South Asian Newcomers using AI and Fitness Trackers,” has been accepted for a Poster Presentation at SSWR 2026.
- August 4, 2025: Our paper, “Analyzing Adversarial Strategies and Countermeasures for Cyberbullying Detection” has been accepted at SBP-BRiMS 2025.
- March 12, 2025: Our paper, “Development of a Culturally Responsive Intervention for Strong Communities” has been accepted at Families in Society 2026.
